Studs Up

This has unintentionally been Rafa week, with all 3 strips involving the bearded wonder in some way or another. Some may say this is indicative of an obsession, I say it’s working with what I’ve got… which is an obsession with the hilarious madman that is Rafa Benitez. There’s just something fun about the guy’s persona that I can’t stay away from – especially in a relatively low-drama week.

Only Wolves-gate has provided a modicum of entertainment and even then not really amounting to anything other than fodder for Arsene Wenger to roll out his latest bit of curious comment. WengerVision in full force… at this point his madness is such that if he’d just grow some decent facial hair, maybe a sinister mustache, then he’d be a lock as my new favourite muse.

Anyway, hopefully the hectic Christmas period will break the spirit of a few more managers and get some proper action going, let’s just hope it’s not ol’ beardo (please be ol’ beardo!). I’m still not 100% after a bout of the flu, but getting there.

In other news, the first limited edition tee is almost sold out in all sizes with only a few smalls left in men’s and women’s. Thanks to all who bought or all who wanted to buy for your support!
