Studs Up

It’s all about to kick off for the last time this season and then we can drift off into a gentle, stress-free summer. Or we’ll be tormented as the transfer window serves up bollocks rumour after bollocks rumour. Probably the latter.

I’m excited for the final and so very glad that it’s not an all-English affair. We get enough of those during the regular season and Barca-United is a perfect match up. Two teams that approach attacking play in very different ways.

Today’s comic strip was obviously inspired by my man Ahmed pulling off quite a coup with an exclusive interview with Lionel Messi, and hopefully the lad will turn this final into a personal duel with Ronaldo (Messi, not Ahmed). Chances are, though, both teams will put the shackles on and a winner will emerge from somewhere and someone else.

Predictions? I don’t do predictions. But if I was to do predictions, well, I’ll go for 2-2. And I won’t say to who.
