Studs Up

Last night’s 4-4 has only highlighted the point I made a few weeks ago. Even though both matches had 8 goals, I found Arsenal-Liverpool to be infinitely more entertaining than Chelsea-Liverpool. There’s something about the latter two teams coming together that just lacks inspiration.

But last night’s match was scintillating. End to end stuff and Arsenal probably had a lot to do with how open and how high-tempo that match was. Between their side-splittingly hilarious defending and their constant attacking verve, there wasn’t much chance of a boring moment.
