So penalties in the Carling Cup final proved a few things yet again:

- Penalties are all about mental strength.
- English players are bad at taking penalties.
- Spurs players are bad at taking penalties.
- English Spurs players are are the penalty-taking equivalent of a peanut butter and feces sandwich.
- Ben Foster may have used to iPod to review penalty videos, but given the above he could probably have just sat there making himself a peanut butter and feces sandwich and won.

But if these lads want to improve their chances in spotkicks, just do as Zidane does below. EASY EASY EASY.
