It is boring as tits. Well, tits aren’t really boring so I guess that doesn’t make sense. But it’s really boring.

I’ve ceased long ago to care about international football other than the tournaments themselves, which continue to be breathtaking examples of sporting contests at their finest. The friendlies and qualifiers, though? Utter garbage, although I suppose a necessary evil.

I’d rather they just make every match count. Playing friendlies is like practicing penalties, you may think it’s helping but in reality it’s nowhere near the same experience and all those involved don’t really give a crap.
