Paul Ince is black and crap. Not related.
Despite what Oliver Holt at the Mirror thinks (and in general, everything is despite what those people think), Paul Ince being under pressure has nothing to do with him being black.
He is performing terribly. His team look awful and they have lost 11 of the last 12. They are in the relegation zone.
If Ince was Jesus Himself, the fans would be booing him at half time.
