Studs Up

A number of you asked if I’m on Twitter and thus far I’ve had to sheepishly admit I was not, but a couple weeks ago I finally decided to set up an account to give it a whirl. I’ve known for a while that a lot of the folks whose blogs or websites I read, and whose opinions I care about, are twittering tweeting using Twitter, so it’s probably a good time for me to stop pretending that I’m not a slave to trends.

It seems quite amusing thus far, although it’s a little odd to come up with things to say that aren’t completely banal. Luckily, no one else seems to be holding back. I hope that, with time, I will be able to regularly come up with something interesting to say. Or at least something unboring.

I’ve enjoyed chatting with many of you lot via email and the forum, so Twitter is just another way I’m hoping we can interact.
